Thomas Fuccillo

Thomas (Tom) Fuccillo is Managing Director, Legal and Risk of Aristotle Capital Management and Chief Legal Officer of Aristotle Investment Services, the investment adviser and administrator of Aristotle Funds Series Trust (AFST), the proprietary funds complex of Aristotle. Tom also is Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Legal Officer of AFST.

Prior to joining Aristotle, Tom was a Senior Attorney in the Asset Management Practice Group of Ropes & Gray LLP, where he focused on representing open and closed-end investment companies and their boards. His previous roles include various senior positions at Allianz Global Investors, including Head of U.S. Funds and Trustee, President & CEO of the AllianzGI Funds Complex; Chief Legal Officer, Allianz Global Investors Distributors LLC and Allianz Global Investors Fund Management LLC; and Head of U.S. Compliance.

Tom earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Rochester and his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law.
